We purchased our first forty Line-One females from the Miles City Range Station over sixty years ago. In the years since then, we have implemented generation after generation of closely monitored breeding into our cow herd to ensure our customers a PREDICTABLE and CONSISTENT product. We cull our mother cows annually for performance, fertility, frame soundness,and mother ability.
Our ranch has been an enthusiastic participant in both the Montana Beef Performance Association and the American Hereford Association's Total Performance Records from their inception. We believe strongly in using records to select and maintain the performance and quality of our cattle. Our aim is to produce a cow that will work well in any environment, registered or commercial, and produce a calf with a weaning weight and carcass that will grade well.
