In recent years, Farm-to-Table dinners have taken root and began to pop-up in beautiful, scenic locations across the States. The movement, most popular among “foodies”, offers diners the opportunity to interact with farmers and ranchers while dining al-fresco on scrumptious, locally produced cuisine. My sister Katie and I were first introduced to this concept several years ago when we stumbled across Outstanding in the Field, a California based group that travels around the country hosting Farm-to-Table dinners and promoting locally grown food. Katie, upon returning to the ranch last summer, made it her mission to host one of these events at our Ranch. And, after much effort we are happy to announce that Seasonal Montana will be visiting the Cooper Hereford Ranch this July.
