The guys spent the first part of last week getting equipment ready for haying and the latter part of the week mowing, chopping and packing silage.  We covered the pit on Saturday morning then sent Dave back out in the swather .
As for me, I’ve been busy painting the town… I mean the ranch… red (literally), keeping the grass green, and working on my tan while I wait for the hay to dry : )
